少し前にアップデートされた視聴用「Ustream Viewing Application」1.8（無料）ともども日本語対応に。

並べてみると余計違いがはっきりしますが、Live BroadcasterアプリはカクカクデザインでiPhoneらしくありませんね(´・ω・｀)。
