「あとで読む」Webクリッピングサービス Instapaper のiPhone/iPod touch/iPad用クライアントプリ「Instapaper（旧Instapaper Pro）」（600円）が 2.2.4 にアップデートされました。
ユニバーサルバイナリー形式により、1つのアプリでiPhone/iPod touchとiPad両方とも最適化された状態で利用できます。

2.2.4 では、機能はそのまま、有料版名称の"Pro"が取れて"Instapaper"に。
iOS 4/iPhone 4最適化のほか、iOS 4インストール済みのiPhone/iPod touchやiPadなら、左右スワイプでページめくりを行える機能が追加されています。
また、TwitterのOAuth認証にも対応。InstapaperアプリでTwitterアカウント設定していた方は再度設定しなおす必要があります。

- Renamed "Instapaper Pro" to "Instapaper". (Don't worry, it's still the pro app.)
- Added swipe-left/swipe-right for page-turning (iOS 4 and iPad only) and improved page-turn performance.
- Added optimizations for iOS 4 and iPhone 4. More are coming.
- Fixed minor interface bugs related to the actions menu, the folder list, and zooming text.
- Switched to OAuth for Twitter. You'll need to log into Twitter in the app again.
なお、無料版「Instapaper Free」もありますが、こちらは 2.1.2 から更新されていません。ユニバーサルアプリならないまま放置されていることや、今回のPro版の"Instapaer"改称などからすると、アプリ開発は有料版に注力していくのかなぁと推測。
